Instant Pot Garlic Mushrooms & Mac and Cheese

On December 2nd, it felt great to break out the instant pot. We haven't done so in quite some time but it is a staple that we love to use.


I discovered this recipe from a woman I have discovered and started following on instagram. She makes a plenty of recipes that fit our lifestyle.

The mushrooms you can use are what you prefer. We used shitake, baby bella and white mushrooms mixed together.

Feel free to make the gracy portion as thick as you like and let it sautee to your liking.


I must admit that the mac and cheese that is pictured and what we used is boxed mac and cheese. We have found and used some yummy and vegan or plant-based mac and cheese at our local fresh market.


The mac and cheese was easy to make and went very well with the mushrooms.

This was a yummy meal that we enjoyed making and breaking out the instant pot.
